That entrepreneurial drive was forged over nearly two decades at Middle East Contracting Co. Ltd. (MEG), where as Chief Operating Officer he built and scaled the company's Petrochemical & Oil & Gas Construction Division into one of its most significant revenue engines — providing executive oversight across project execution, business development, procurement, contracts, commercial management, project controls, and workforce mobilization for a 54-year-old institution.

Tony Samuel commenced his professional career in 2006 as a QC Engineer and progressively advanced through a series of technical, managerial, and executive leadership positions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.

This journey spanning nearly two decades has equipped him with a unique combination of hands-on technical expertise, operational leadership, commercial management capability, and strategic business insight — an integrated foundation that distinguishes him as a complete engineering and construction executive.

His trajectory from field engineer to Chief Operating Officer of a 54-year-old institution reflects a consistent pattern of expanding accountability, cross-functional mastery, and the ability to deliver results at every level of an organization — the same discipline he now applies as an owner rather than an employee.
